OccuMed Reaches Out to Local Companies by Offering Flu Shot Clinics
The physicians and staff of OccuMed have announced that they will be offering flu shot clinics to area businesses and companies.


MEMPHIS, TN, September 20, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The physicians and staff of OccuMed have announced that they will be offering flu shot clinics to area businesses and companies. This involves members of the staff coming on-site, and injecting each employee. Companies which do not currently have a protocol agreement with Occumed should call Alison Eidson, Practice Manager, at (901) 345-6700, to discuss arrangements.

The practice is also on the registry to receive the H1N1 vaccine when it becomes available. It is currently being recommended that there be two doses given three weeks apart. This is subject to change, however, pending new information from the Centers for Disease Control.

OccuMed serves the occupational health needs for many local companies, and is also available for the general health needs of those in the community. The practice is staffed by Drs.
