Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc., Third Annual Supporter of Comcast's 11th Firecracker 5K Run for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
The Sparco.com team participated in the 11th annual 5K Run for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, designed to raise funds for the research effort of the remarkable children's hospital.

MILLINGTON, TN, August 12, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. is proud to announce its third year of support for Comcast's 11th Annual Firecracker 5K Event for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Several members of Sparco.com's team participated in this year's 5K run to help the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The funds raised for this event enable much needed research efforts to be conducted by St. Jude's.

The dream of St. Jude started with Danny Thomas and his wish, "[that] no child should die in the dawn of life." His vision has been realized and there is now a haven of hope for the world's children stricken with cancer and other catastrophic diseases.

Memphis was fortunate to be the site he chose to build St. Jude's Children's Hospital. The Comcast Firecracker 5K Run for St. Jude is one way to keep those same hopes and dreams alive today, while celebrating the life that many have been given through the generosity of others.
