"The more we push our team the harder we hit and the more we score," says the former Old Dominion rugby star. "We have been able to 'run up the score' for our clients by adding the best talent to our team and promoting our top producers to co-captains." Translated from the sports analogy, Morefield recently promoted Amy Schmelze and Holly Juenger to the position of Senior Media Executives.
Ms. Schmelze has run MidTen Media's Midwest operations for the past nine years while Ms. Juenger has been handling sales and marketing from the Nashville area office and recently has been assisting in media sales training.
"Both Amy and Holly have been outstanding employees for MidTen Media and have developed solid relationships with major companies which allows us to expand our reach deliver for our clients and simply compete very effectively," added Morefield.
It is appropriate to mention that both Ms. Juenger and Ms. Schmelze had excellent foundational training before entering the field of online marketing. Ms. Juenger spent several years as a professional kickboxer and instructor, while Ms. Schmelze excelled in both softball and volleyball and was known as the "Queen of Spikes".
"Amy and Holly have been instrumental in the growth and development of MidTen Media and it has allowed us to add our newest media executive, Barbara Ebert, who we believe will a major player for our team", said Morefield. "Ms. Ebert was a star hurdler in high school and is adept at clearing hurdles for our clients."
