Dominique saw that the city of Memphis, as well as the Mid-South, had a need for a public relations firm to serve the underrepresented entertainment industry, as well as businesses interested in reaching the Hispanic population. Since 2003, Dominique and Tim have worked with a variety of entertainment and lifestyle clients, including Norelropel, CGI Entertainment (The Premier Nightclub, Silver Spoon Restaurant), Sony Urban, and The Grace Magazine Sisterhood Showcase. In addition to Dominique and Tim, VIDA employs a variety of college-educated interns and consultants.

Since 2003, the VIDA team has seen the growth of the Hispanic market and the continual need of services for non-Spanish speaking companies to reach that market. As a result, the Hispanic Communications Division of VIDA was strengthened. Dominique's Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, native fluency in the language, years of experience as a Spanish/English as a Second Language teacher and Bilingual Cultural Mentor with Memphis City Schools, and her in-depth knowledge of, and involvement in, the Hispanic Community help her better understand her clients' needs. Dominique has worked with some of Memphis' tops firms in the Hispanic communications area including Chandler & Ehrlich, Trust Marketing, Riverside Printing, and Henry Turley Company.
